*Reporting to the Manager of Detour UG Operation you will be part of the UG Operation department. As a Project Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to the projects team. This is a broad role that is fast paced, which requires dedicated focus with high volume workload (data) and key deadlines for reporting.
Compile and edit Agnico Eagle reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) Attend meetings, submit minutes SAP purchase requisitions for Projects Do the verification and receiving of service invoices Work in close relationship with warehouse and procurement to help built the UG inventory and keep track of material at site Support the team in preparing engineering progress payment certificates, change notices, change orders Collect & record contractor hours data Record payroll time entry and employee absences Liaise with various departments to coordinate travel, hotels and expense reports Update phone lists, crew lists and related documents for Projects Other duties as required *
