Job Skills / Requirements Sunstates Security is currently seeking dedicated and professional Unarmed Security Shift Supervisors to join our team at a high-end condominium in Sunny Isles, FL. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to delivering exceptional service in a professional environment. Key Responsibilities: + Provide consistent coverage and vigilant monitoring of the property during assigned shifts + Ensure the safety and security of residents, guests, and property + Complete accurate reports using smartphone reporting software + Maintain a professional presence and excellent customer service at all times + Supervise and support on-site officers as needed Requirements: + Fluent in both English and Spanish (required) + Active Class D Security License (required) + Proficiency in using smartphone reporting software + Strong report-writing skills + Excellent computer skills + Outstanding customer service and communication skills + Professional appearance and demeanor + Previous supervisory experience is preferred A Security Officer may perform many duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOPs and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
