Job Skills / Requirements HIRING IMMEDIATELY Sunstates Security is seeking a highly qualified Security Site Supervisor to lead security operations at a busy, high-security data center. This position offers a pay rate of $27.00/hr paid weekly and requires a results-driven individual with strong technical and management experience who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of security officers, ensuring compliance with client protocols, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and site integrity. Key Responsibilities: + Supervise all on-site security staff and maintain full shift coverage + Manage access control systems, CCTV surveillance, and other technical security equipment + Conduct personnel training, inspections, and performance evaluations + Ensure strict compliance with post orders and client directives + Respond to incidents, emergencies, and escalations effectively and professionally + Maintain detailed and accurate reports, logs, and incident documentation + Act as the primary liaison between the client and company leadership Minimum Job Requirements: + Minimum of 3 years of security management and 3 years of technical/security system experience + Strong computer proficiency and familiarity with access control, CCTV, and reporting tools + Must have your own reliable transportation to and from work + Must be available and willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed + Must be willing to work mandatory overtime when required + No personal cell phone usage permitted during working hours + Must have a professional appearance and demeanor + Must possess a high school diploma or GED + College degree is a plus + Must be able to provide a complete 7-year employment history , including: + + Employer name + Previous Employment start and end dates + Supervisor’s full name + Employment verification phone number Preferred Qualifications: + Prior supervisory experience in a corporate, data center, or high-security environment + Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, Security Management, or a related field + Emergency response training (e.g., CPR, First Aid) + Experience working in client-facing security roles A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
