Sunstates Security is seeking a highly qualified Security Site Supervisor to lead security operations at a busy, high-security data center. This position offers a pay rate of $27.00/hr paid weekly and requires a results-driven individual with strong technical and management experience who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of security officers, ensuring compliance with client protocols, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and site integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all on-site security staff and maintain full shift coverageManage access control systems, CCTV surveillance, and other technical security equipmentConduct personnel training, inspections, and performance evaluationsEnsure strict compliance with post orders and client directivesRespond to incidents, emergencies, and escalations effectively and professionallyMaintain detailed and accurate reports, logs, and incident documentationAct as the primary liaison between the client and company leadership

Minimum Job Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of security management and 3 years of technical/security system experienceStrong computer proficiency and familiarity with access control, CCTV, and reporting toolsMust have your own reliable transportation to and from workMust be available and willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as neededMust be willing to work mandatory overtime when requiredNo personal cell phone usage permitted during working hoursMust have a professional appearance and demeanorMust possess a high school diploma or GEDCollege degree is a plusMust be able to provide a complete 7-year employment history, including:Employer namePrevious Employment start and end datesSupervisor’s full nameEmployment verification phone number

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior supervisory experience in a corporate, data center, or high-security environmentBachelor’s degree in criminal justice, Security Management, or a related fieldEmergency response training (e.g., CPR, First Aid)Experience working in client-facing security roles

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives. Sun123
