This position will be responsible for providing the technical and/or clinical support during the sales process for the Point of Care Ultrasound segment.
Responsibilities include providing pre-sale product demonstrations (clinical trial support) and post-sale installation, training and ongoing customer support across our General Imaging ultrasound portfolio.
This position will be working closely with country Product Sales Specialist, Chanel Partner applications as well as the ASEAN POC applications lead to support our direct GE and CP teams through education, product demos, installs and follow up events.
This position is based in Malaysian will also assist supporting Singapore, Cambodia, Brunei, Laos and Myanmar.
The position will also be responsible for supporting some of the ASEAN countries with high level applications support, Channel Partner training and assist with new product launches.Job Description

Key Responsibilities/essential functions include:
Provides technical and clinical leadership by demonstrating full range of product features including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits for the POC ultrasound portfolio for customers, dealers and internal GE personnel.Develop, coordinate and deliver product training to customers, CP and GE Personnel for the GI ultrasound portfolio. Monitor customer installations within the designated counties to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships.Improve customer satisfaction and socket retention through continuing education on optimization of equipment utilization.Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and customer training.Facilitate team communication and the sharing of best practices.Act as a mentor to field team, providing clinical and professional guidance as necessary to improve the customer experience for the GE POC Channel partners.Communicate with Sales and Applications to align applications activities with sales needs and business objectives.Energize CP team and maintain adherence of field processes.Collect, analyse and communicate appropriate customer training and competitive information.Support CP POC application team in high level demos where necessary.Educate, coach and direct the differentiation (position, value proposition and key messages) of the POC ultrasound portfolio.Work to develop and sustain Reference Sites/ Luminary collaborations. Build Key Opinion Leaders network within the designated coverage areas/ countries.Nurture relationships with professional society stakeholders.Is responsible to regularly have “infield coaching” sessions with CP POC team members: for example, how differentiating and presenting the value of product and understanding the market. Provides regular, timely and productive development feedback.Work closely with the ASEAN POC application lead in assistant the broader ASEAN countries application support needsRequired Characteristics:
At least one of the following core experiences:Minimum of 3 years clinical/ technical experience as a sonographer or:At least 2 years commercial applications ultrasound experience with demonstrated successes in high level customer interactions and sales scenariosProficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products.Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.Ability to energize, develop and build rapport, collaboration and influence.Ability to operate effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining a forward-thinking and customer-first attitude.Demonstrated a high degree of cultural EQ, ability to work across business and culturally diverse environments.Proficient in English, written and speaking.Advanced negotiation, problem solving and influencing skills.Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills; able to communicate and present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact that builds effective strategic relationships.Desired Characteristics:
