UKG Timekeeper Analyst
Description

Summary Due to continued growth, we are adding a Timekeeper position. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate tracking and recording of employee work hours, attendance, and related time-off information, ultimately contributing to accurate payroll processing. You will review and correct timesheets, resolve discrepancies, and assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations. Responsibilities To be successful, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and abilities required.  This position reports to the Time & Attendance Manager.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee time records in UKG. This includes verifying and fixing any discrepancies, updating employee profiles, managing schedules, and generating reports as needed.Ensure accurate and timely recording of employee hours worked and time off requests in the time and attendance system.Serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries related to timekeeping and time off, providing exceptional customer service and guidance.Conduct regular audits of time and attendance records to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors.Ensure consistent and fair enforcement of time and attendance policies and procedures. Communicate policies effectively across the organization and handle complex requests or exceptions.  RequirementsAssociate’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field is preferred2 - 4 years of experience in timekeeping, payroll, or administrative roles is preferredFamiliarity with federal and state labor laws and regulationsMust have excellent people skills and ability to work in a team environment.Develop strong working relationships throughout the organization at all levels.Strong written and oral communication skills.Demonstrated ability to plan, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities.Must be able to effectively manage changes and support impacted areas of the business.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.  Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities UKG experience is preferredBe proficient with Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work with a wide range of internal and external customersExcellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skillsAbility to multi-task and produce accurate and timely results.Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and manage competing demands
