UKG Sr. Consultant
CTG is seeking to fill a UKG Sr. Consultant opening for our client. Location: Remote Duration: 9 months Duties: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of UKG solutions to meet client requirements. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document system requirements. Provide subject matter expertise on UKG applications, ensuring best practices and compliance standards are followed. Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Deliver end-user training and develop supporting documentation. Partner with technical teams and business leaders to support system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations. Provide ongoing support and consultation throughout the engagement lifecycle. Skills: Strong expertise with UKG solutions (Workforce Dimensions, Workforce Central, or other UKG modules). Proficiency in HR, payroll, workforce management, or timekeeping processes. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. Experience: 5+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and supporting UKG solutions. Experience leading client-facing projects and delivering solutions in complex business environments. Prior consulting experience preferred. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
