RED Global is currently seeking an experienced UKG Pro Solution Architect to support one of our leading clients at the very early stages of their UKG Pro implementation. This is a strategic and hands-on role for a senior-level consultant who can work independently and guide the design, setup, and integration of the UKG Pro WFM platform across technical, operational, and business areas.
Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM systems, focusing on solution architecture, configuration, and support across multiple modules. Technical Expertise: Strong background in UKG Pro platform setup and integration capabilities. Analytical Skills: Ability to critically evaluate requirements and develop effective, scalable solutions. Self-Sufficiency: Able to operate independently with minimal guidance in a fast-paced project environment.
