Job Description A client of Insight Globals is looking for a UKG Pro Analyst who will be responsible for identifying ways to enhance and make the companies day to day processes better. They will answer support questions and help with any testing as well as respond to any tickets that come in. They will work on enhancements and modifying the system to make it better/easier for the admins that use it (TA team, HR for onboarding, etc). They will be responsible for change management, so if the business wants to make a configuration change the business will test it and this person will be approving it. Skills and Requirements 5 + years of strong experience with UKG HCM  Functional consultant strong configuration experience  Backend experience updates with SQL (backend of UKG)  Cognos  Must be good in core payroll (dont need to be running it but when payroll runs I know how to attach other things for things to be run)  Pro and pro core  Strong in platform configuration, designed solutions Any additional modules within UKG are a plus  UTM background as well as recruiting and onboarding (union population rules)  Recent implementation experience  LearnUpon is their LMS  Supervisory experience null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
