Job Description:
Working with the local Service Business Manager and Customer Experience Specialist you will nurture our existing accounts ensuring we maximize our wallet share. Using your business development skills identify future growth opportunities that will deliver sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
Working with our Customer Experience Specialist
Acquire a thorough understanding of our key accounts, their needs and their requirements
Develop and grow trusting relationships with our portfolio of key accounts
Coordinate periodic key account review meetings
Nurture relationships with our existing contract accounts & up-sell services where appropriate
Grow our service business revenue and market share by acquiring new business through penetrating competitor accounts and recovering customers from the past
Work closely with our national product Sales team and global BTs to grow our business, through the implementation of joint local sales and service strategies
Ensure our business management systems are utilized correctly, regularly updated and accurate to help us effectively manage our sales funnel
Make a full contribution to the company’s efforts to reduce costs, improve quality and our customer experience using process improvement and the ITW Tool box as required
Perform other related duties that may be required from time to time

Qualifications & Experience
Relevant experience in technical sales
Full clean UK driving license
Good financial understanding and business development experience
A successful track record of selling profitable and sustainable service products
Experience of managing and improving customers’ interaction
Sales Strategy development and implementation
This role will be office and field based (up to 60% travel will be a requirement of this role)
