UK GPS Analyst
Job Summary The HR Analyst I (UK GPS Analyst) is an entry-level position responsible for providing support to employees' inquiries, processing HR transactions, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure efficient and accurate HR services delivery. Participates in projects and initiatives to improve processes within the HR scope. Key Responsibilities and Tasks + Addressing and resolving routine employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and general HR information. + Handling basic HR transactions such as employee onboarding, data entry, and maintaining accurate records in HR systems. + Ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation of HR-related activities, transactions, and employee records. + Supporting benefits enrollment processes, providing information on benefits packages, and assisting employees with benefit-related queries. + Working closely with HR business partners and other teams to address employee needs and facilitate seamless HR service delivery. + Assisting in generating basic HR reports + Review invoices related to processes under the team’s scope and coordinate with Finance teams on processing payments for third-party vendors. + Participating in initiatives to improve HR processes and enhance overall efficiency within the HR Shared Services team. + Ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulations in all activities and transactions. + Participating in training programs to enhance knowledge of HR processes and systems. + Supporting special projects or tasks as assigned by senior team members to contribute to the overall success of the HR Shared Services function. Qualification + Bachelor's Degree holder + Basic understanding of HR principles, policies, and practices. + Effective communication skills to interact with employees, managers, and various teams. Clear and concise communication of HR-related information and updates. + Analytical and problem-solving skills to address routine HR inquiries and tasks. + High level of attention to detail for accurate data entry and recordkeeping. + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and assist in various HR-related tasks. + Customer service mindset to handle employee inquiries in a professional and helpful manner. + Proficiency in basic computer applications and HR software. + Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and learn new HR processes. + Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. + Understanding and commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of HR-related information. + Awareness of and adherence to compliance standards and regulations related to HR services. Ensuring that HR practices align with legal and organizational requirements. + Eagerness to learn and develop skills in the HR field.
