We are looking for a highly skilled Product UI/UX Designer to join our team. This role requires a Can-do approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with quick decision-making and tight schedules. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, presenting, and executing design ideas from A to Z, ensuring exceptional user experiences for our clients **Responsibilities** Key Responsibilities + Design high-end, client-ready prototypes to demonstrate product concepts effectively. + Create intuitive and visually compelling user experiences (UX) and pixel-perfect interfaces (UI) for web and mobile applications. + Collaborate closely with the product team to transform business needs into impactful designs. + Maintain a consistent and seamless user experience across various platforms. + Identify and resolve UX challenges such as responsiveness and usability. + Continuously validate and refine designs based on real-world user data and feedback. + Stay ahead of the latest design trends, tools, and AI-driven design solutions. **Qualifications** Requirements + 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong grasp of UX/UI principles. + Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Figma. + Proficiency in quick sketching techniques and the ability to create accurate wireframes. + Strong understanding of AI-driven design tools and principles. + Ability to conceptualize, execute, and deliver designs from ideation to final implementation. + Strong multi-tasking abilities and a resourceful, proactive approach to problem-solving. + Ability to meet tight deadlines and work efficiently within a collaborative team environment. + Excellent follow-through skills, ensuring all projects are completed with precision. + A CAN-DO ATTITUDE, ready to tackle challenges with creativity and determination!
