What you will do:

The PGIM Real Estate Information Systems team is seeking a full-time Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will work with a high-performing and diverse team that supports PGIM Real Estate’s Global Debt Business, including loan origination, asset management, portfolio management, and servicing functions. The UI/UX Designer role will work alongside the Chief Product Owner, Product Owner team, and the Information Systems teams to design screens for Omnia, our proprietary cloud-based application used across PGIM Real Estate’s Global Debt Business.

The UI/UX Designer will provide coordination on complex design projects, utilizing skills that require an understanding of business processes and requirements. The incumbent will partner with Product Owners and business groups to develop screen and process designs for the Omnia application using Figma, which adhere to our design standards.

What you can expect:

Drive the user needs/recommendations/requirements discovery-design process following the team’s design guides.

Develop screen and process designs in Figma leveraging design guides.

Provide expertise on design best practices, oversee adherence to design standards, and maintain design guides.

Provide direction and feedback to the UI/UX design team on mockups and wireframes.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders/SMEs, including development teams, business analysts, and end-users, to evaluate, define, and prioritize business requirements.

Maintain a product mindset that prioritizes the customer and focuses on delivering value through the Omnia product.

Utilize agile methodologies in the development process, from sprint planning to daily stand-ups, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Identify opportunities and recommendations for continuous improvements and work with program leaders to implement.

Provide updates on status, timelines, and problems; review final outcomes with the client and obtain their sign-off that work is in accordance with client requirements.

What you will bring

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience with UI/UX design experience (e.g., user research, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, etc.)

Technical & Analytical Skills:

Experience with design tools (such as Figma or Adobe XD) and project management tools (such as Jira or Confluence).

Experience in user requirements gathering including business process mapping.

In-depth knowledge of agile frameworks and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).

Experience facilitating meetings and presentations with stakeholders across various levels and business groups.

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail, delivering high-quality solutions and designs.

Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving project requirements.

Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills, with effective team building and conflict resolution practices.
