Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer with hands-on experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and a strong background in migrating static websites to dynamic or CMS-based platforms. The ideal candidate will be able to design intuitive user interfaces while ensuring the end-user experience is seamless through rigorous testing and iterative design improvements. Key Responsibilities: + Design user-friendly interfaces and engaging user experiences for web and mobile platforms. + Participate in and support UAT efforts by creating test scenarios, gathering user feedback, and resolving usability issues. + Lead or assist in the migration of static websites to dynamic/CMS-driven platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, custom CMS). + Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals. + Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and UI specifications. + Analyze and optimize the performance of the UI/UX elements based on user behavior and feedback. Required Skills and Experience: + Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer. + Hands-on experience with UAT processes and tools. + Experience in migrating static websites to CMS-based or dynamic platforms. + Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch). + Strong understanding of HTML/CSS; knowledge of JavaScript is a plus. + Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and collaborate in a cross-functional team. Preferred Qualifications: + Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
