Job Description Design, develop (code), test, and debug applications. Provide ready-to-serve experience and development subject matter expertise. Maintain, enhance, and provide solutions for software applications. Assist multiple team members and other project leads in the day-to-day activities related to project work. Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities  Create and support web-based e-commerce applications across desktop, tablet, and mobile form factors  Interface with stakeholders and translate requirements and expectations into a great user experience  Partner with Dev team to leverage industry best practices to design and deliver high-quality applications  Work alongside graphic designers while implementing web design features  See projects through, from conception to completion  Meet both technical and consumer needs  Stay abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages  Work with teammates to develop the overall look and design of a website  Ensure websites are accessible across multiple platforms  Routinely test websites for ease of use, speed, and other quality factors  Fix any website issues or bugs that arise Contract/Contract-to-Hire Roles: Compensation: $17.00/hr to $21.00/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Skills and Requirements 3+ years of experience with front-end web development using React.JS  3+ years of experience with Javascript, HTML, and CSS  3+ years of experience building headless front ends for B2B eCommerce websites  Strong experience building Content Management Systems with Personalization and Multi-variant testing  Experience working with source control/versioning tools, preferably Git  Working knowledge of consuming and responding to APIs  Knowledge of Agile methodologies and processes  Great communication skills and a team player  Demonstrable understanding of Web Accessibility Compliance (ADA, AODA,WCAG)  Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InVision, Figma, InDesign and other visual design tools.
