Position Overview:
We are looking for a User Interface (UI) Designer who will be responsible for creating visually engaging, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for clean and modern design, a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and the technical ability to bring concepts to life through high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure a seamless user experience and cohesive visual identity.

What you’ll do as the User Interface (UI) Designer:

Key Responsibilities:
Design intuitive and engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications that align with product goals and brand guidelines.Create wireframes, user flows, visual designs, prototypes, and design specifications using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.Translate complex product requirements and user needs into elegant UI solutions.Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and product teams to ensure visual consistency and implementation accuracy.Develop and maintain a consistent design system including typography, iconography, colors, and UI components.Conduct UI audits and recommend improvements to enhance usability and aesthetics.Stay updated with the latest UI design trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply them where relevant.Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback constructively.Ensure responsiveness and compatibility across various screen sizes and devices.Support the development team by providing production-ready assets and clear design documentation.What you will bring to the team:
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in UI design for digital products.Proficient in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision).Solid understanding of design systems, color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.Strong attention to detail with a passion for pixel-perfect design.Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus).Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.A compelling portfolio of UI design work showcasing creativity and thoughtful design decisions.
