Job Description:
The Structuring, Origination and UHNW Solutions team (“the Team") is cross-asset structured products unit responsible for originating, structuring, positioning, and executing transactions for both retail and Ultra High Net Worth (“UHNW”) clients. As part of their responsibilities, professionals on the Team develop research-driven strategic and tactical trading ideas; interact with Financial Advisors to provide advice on portfolio hedging and positioning based on client's objectives and risk tolerance; and engage in the structuring, origination, positioning and execution of OTC derivatives and fully funded transactions across all the asset classes.
Job Responsibilities:
Execution across a wide range of foreign exchange needs including cash management, hedging and investment strategiesExecute interest rate risk management solutions to address floating rate liabilities associated with commercial real estate or custom lendingDrive strategic projects including improvements to platform, operations and servicingPreparing term sheets, marketing materials and presentationsLiaise and interact with financial advisors, sales and support partners on a daily basisProactively develop and maintain relationships with financial advisors and clientsActs as the senior product representative on a client team and is solely responsible for all product transactions with key clients.extensive, in-depth knowledge of product functions and can operate independently in handling transactions. Strong client relationship skills used to control and coordinate all aspects of a transaction, from marketing and documentation to closing. Develops aggressive marketing plans and strategies affecting an entire region or section.Required Qualifications:
At least 8 years of prior experience working in client coverage and/or product management capacityThe ideal candidate will have strong FX, Rates and Commodities background as well as general cross-asset derivatives skills.The successful candidate will be a well-rounded individual who possesses strong quantitative, analytical and communication skills.Understanding of credit policies and collateral supporting derivativesMulti-tasking and ability to work under pressure.Strong marketing and presentation skillsAbility to work as a team player in a dynamic, fast-paced and collaborative work environment.MS, MBA and/or CFA are desirableFINRA registered representative with Series 7 & 63 required at time of hire or within 120 days of hireSkills:
