Responsibilities As a UH-60M Standardization Instructor Pilot - Army SATMO at AMERICAN SYSTEMS you will have the opportunity to do the following:
Serve as the TAFT Instructor Pilot and the Senior TAFT Advisor for unit training, standardization and UH-60M tactical employment. Provide ground training and mentorship to LTU AF Pilots and Instructor Pilots. Provide Contractor prepared training for systems academics, simulator support, operation of installed mission equipment, aircraft and team tactical employment and system sustainment under day, night, night systems, enclosed cockpit, simulated instrument and simulated combat conditions. Manage the team’s internal standardization and crewmember training sustainment program (similar to the Commander’s Aircrew Training Program (ATP)). Be responsible for LTU AF maintenance and certification of aircrew member training folders; monitoring of currency, medical, and proficiency requirements as incorporated and executed by LTU AF internal procedures. May also be tasked to serve as the Site Lead. Qualifications Must have a SECRET clearance Fourteen years of relevant experience required Qualified as a US Army UH-60M SIP and rated in the UH-60M aircraft. Qualification as an Instrument Examiner is required. Must have a minimum of 3000 total flight hours, 2000 cumulative UH-60M hours, and 1000 hours cumulative as a UH-60M Instructor Pilot. Must be proficient in over-water and Search and Rescue operations.Must be Dunker/Helicopter Emergency Egress Device (HEED) qualified within the last four (4) years. Must have experience as a SIP at company/battalion level or higher. Must provide qualification certificates.
Pay Transparency Statement AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $108,100.00/Yr. - USD $180,600.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
