Job Description Business Analyst / Associate – CSDM Business Transformation Location : Toronto, ON Capital Markets – Client Services and Data Management (CSDM) Job Duties Overview: You’ll support business transformation initiatives focused on client onboarding, AML/KYC compliance, and data management within Capital Markets. This includes business analysis, project support, data remediation, and reporting. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Technology, Front Office, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure smooth implementation of changes. Must-Have Qualifications & Skills: + 5 years experience in financial services (Capital Markets preferred) + Strong background in business analysis, client onboarding, UAT, and data remediation + Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, Power BI, Alteryx, and SharePoint + Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills + Strong analytical and documentation abilities + Proven ability to manage change and deliver results in a dynamic environment Nice-to-Have Qualifications & Skills: + Experience with Fenergo (Fen-X) platform + Familiarity with institutional investment clients and large corporations + Knowledge of Tableau, Power Automate + Background in project management and performance reporting + Degree in business, finance, data analytics, statistics, or related field Experience Level o Target: 3–5 years of relevant UAT/BA experience. o Junior BAs with UAT exposure are acceptable. Domain Knowledge o Financial Services background preferred but not strictly required. o Exposure to AML/KYC/client onboarding is a nice-to-have, not mandatory. o Fenergo X experience would be a huge asset, but manager acknowledges it’s rare.
