Your mission, roles and responsibilities

主要职责Essential responsibilities and duties:  
•    Plant Management      工厂运营团队管理
主要任务The main missions of the role are:
•    Assume the management of the Autonomous Production Unit Managers and of the support function managers (ME, Maintenance…);负责管理生产经理和其他支持部门经理（工艺，维修等。）
•    Ensure smooth inbound and outbound information flows;确保内外部信息畅通
•    Ensure customer satisfaction;确保客户满意度
•    Drive plant Quality, Cost, Delivery and People (QCDP) performance and build and meet the plant budget;推动工厂质量、成本、交付和人员绩效和构建满足工厂预算
•    Drive product/process QCD improvement; optimize plant lay-out and equipment usage;通过产品、过程的改进，优化工厂布局和设备的使用
•    Ensure manufacturing readiness and launches at plant level ;确保工厂生产过程和新项目的投产
•    Drive supplier performance improvement;推动供应商绩效改善
•    Define a deployment plan for the Faurecia Excellence System and implement it;制定FES实施计划并执行
•    Drive plant improvement networks and involve everyone in continuous improvement processes;推动工厂改进，让每个人参与持续改进项目
•    Ensure employees safety, respect for the environment and security of the plant;确保员工的安全，关注工厂环境和安全
•    Fulfill legal responsibilities and interface with local authorities;履行法律责任，与地方政府接触
•    Ensure staffing, induction, training and development of plant employees;确保工厂员工的招聘与配置，培训和发展等
•    Manage social climate and labor relations;管理工厂文化氛围和劳动关系
•    Develop future Faurecia experts and managers;培养佛吉亚未来的专家和经理
•    Ensure the Plant's compliance with all Safety/regulation standards.  确保工厂遵守所有的安全/法规标准
•    Complete other task assigned by manager.完成上级交代的其他任务

•    Experience in automotive industry or, at least in mechanical industry: 5years;5年汽车行业工作经验，至少是在制造业；
