Your mission, roles and responsibilities

·确保公司生产管理体系正常运行，确保公司QCDP目标的实现。
·定义每一个生产主管的QCDP的目标。
·根据公司要求完成生产人员预算。
·协调各支持功能的人员解决生产过程中的各种问题，制定行动计划。
·识别、评估、解决项目过程中存在的潜在风险
·协助推动合理化建议应用和保证实施。
·协助公司实现对生产费用的控制。
·按照人员预算合理配置人员，并控制每天应出席的人员数量
·推动团队工作和解决问题的活动，领导问题解决小组和在车间开展，提高劳动效率
·培训、指导生产主管如何完成自己的任务，支持并帮助解决问题。
·完善生产体系相关文件，使其符合实际工作情况和集团要求。
·培训员工正确使用相关的FCP文件和表单。
·确保公司相关岗位任职人员资质满足安全管理要求。
·确保项目管理中的工具在项目中得到充分应用
·发现并纠正运行中存在的问题，完善公司内的运行流程
·对与公司的业务活动有关的所有信息严加保密（但中国有关机构要求的除外），并对合同中定义的所有机密严加保密；
· 知悉并严格遵守佛吉亚《道德规范》，依据佛吉亚《管理规范》行事、并以身作则。
