We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Specialist to join the EA Mobile Growth Organization. This role will report directly to the Senior UA Manager (leading EA Mobile’s Mobile Casual, MoCa titles), who is responsible for growing some of our most successful games.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement media buying strategies to improve campaign efficiency and performanceActivate digital campaigns across multiple channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, SDK networks, and programmatic networksDevelop and build strategic partnerships with key studio and product stakeholdersNurture advertising partner relationships with EA’s key partner networksContributions to improve the growth marketing team with knowledge sharing and hypothesis testingWork directly with the Senior UA Manager to implement innovative strategies to grow and maximize revenue for titles within EA Mobile’s (MoCa) portfolioRequirements
2+ years of experience in mobile media buying/user acquisition/performance marketingStrong knowledge of attributionExperience building and optimizing user acquisition campaigns in the gaming category with the ability to improve business metrics (ROAS, LTV)Curiosity and experience in proposing/testing new advertising channels, partners and formatsBA/BS Degree in marketing/finance or equivalent quantitative fieldExperience building relationships with third-party media partners with an emphasis on paid social platforms like FB/IG, TikTok, and GoogleExperience working in a metric-driven role focused on return on investmentPassion/knowledge for video gamesKnowledge of Excel, SQL, and Microsoft Office / Google applicationsComfortable managing multi-million dollar budgetsThis job is for you if...

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES
* California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento) * $103,200 - $145,600 USD * Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane) * $92,600 - $135,600 USDIn the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to temporary full-time employees scheduled to work full time.
