As our US IWPB Chief Information Officer you will:
Provide strategic leadership for a 75 member technology organization across US and MexicoDrive digital transformation while maintaining strict operational excellence (99.98% availability)Manage $12.1M annual technology budget with focus on ROI and cost optimizationLead cloud transformation strategy and application modernization initiativesEnsure robust risk management, cybersecurity, and regulatory complianceFoster innovation while maintaining strong controls and governanceBuild and maintain C-level relationships across business unitsDrive talent development and high-performance cultureOversee critical vendor relationships and third-party partnershipsFoster a culture of clear, timely, and transparent communication across all levelsExercise autonomous decision-making while maintaining collaborative alignmentActively contribute to and enhance our teamwork-oriented culture not only in the US, but across countriesOur culture:

The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
