Main responsibilities:
Early Detection Program Management:
•Serve as an ecosystem partner to drive the implementation of comprehensive early detection programs, including in-hospital relatives screening , regional alliance building and other sponsorships•Empower KOLs to initiate screening programs, lead activate PAGs, and organize summer camps initiatives•Oversee general pediatric screening initiatives and conduct pilot explorations (e.g., in Zhejiang, Guangdong)•Bo’Ao early access facilitation & case in regionRegional Network Shaping:
•Shape and expand the T1D Screening Map within the assigned region, develop and deepen strategic partnerships•Develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of each identified account including strategic goals, value drivers, key access stakeholders, relevant business metrics, and unique challenges/emerging needs•Develop account business plans for dedicated region including prioritization of investments, integration of vertical pathways and identification of spheres of influence, as well as referral pathways[KPI: Achieve targets for hospital coverage (~30), HCP coverage (~120), and T1D clinics (~10), Meet relatives screening target of ~1,500)]
Lecture tour and other sponsorship Management:
•Organize and execute lecture tours to enhance disease awareness and education•Manage 3rd conference sponsorships, demonstrating the company's support and engagement in the industry.•Implement KOL Field Coach & Award program to strengthen collaboration with key opinion leaders•Plan and host alliance series meetings to foster cooperation and knowledge exchange among stakeholders[KPI: 3rd party conference sponsorship (1), Lecture tour (~8), KOL Field Coach & Award (1), and Alliance series meeting (3)]
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
•Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to early detection initiatives•Meet or exceed established KPIs for screening targets and coverageJob Qualifications
Working Experience: 3-5 years of product management experience, multinational pharmaceutical companies is preferredTransversal Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsFunctional Skills: Championing People,Growth Mindset,Obsessive ExecutionEducational background: Bachelor degree or above (major in medicine, public health or marketing is preferred)Why choose us?
