We are seeking an initiative-taking and skilled GMP/Customer Complaint Handling Specialist to join our team. This combined role is essential for ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and managing customer complaints effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set and the ability to navigate complex situations while fostering collaboration between internal teams.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Identify and resolve GMP-related issues within the plant and address future requirements.Triage incoming customer complaints and provide timely responses.Collaborate with internal teams for investigations of customer complaints and implementation of GMP initiatives.Communicate effectively with customer-facing teams, especially in challenging situations.Prepare formal written responses to customer inquiries.Collaborate closely with equivalent sister plant roles to ensure consistency in handling complaints.Manage customer complaints within a KPI of 20 days investigation cycle time.Lead multi-disciplinary investigation teams, demonstrating strong leadership skills without formal authority.Validate complaint-related data in the Salesforce (SFDC) system.Create dashboards and track quality metrics related to customer complaints.Analyze customer complaint data to identify trends and patterns in customer satisfaction.Participate in third party audits, focusing on customer complaint processes.Recommend improvements for internal processes identified as root causes for complaints.Prepare communications for operations and business leadership regarding complaint status.Provide regular reviews on complaints, trends, and corrective actions to the workforce.Create slides related to customer complaints for EULT Management reviews, highlighting corrective/preventive actions and recognized trends.Key aspects of the GMP Specialist role include but are not limited to:
Lead all GMP-related initiatives (Kaizens, investigations, workflow initiatives).Propose, implement, and improve systems to promote GMP concepts where they are underperforming (Work Permit Management, GMP protocol, MOC package, operational cleanliness, SOPs, OD, etc.).Ensure deployment and effective execution of the GMP methodology within Operations.Function as the main representative for improving and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and pest control within the Tyvek® unit.Be initiative-taking in identifying and resolving GMP-related issues and future requirements.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering/scientific discipline or equivalent experience.3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, product, or quality-related roles is preferred.Experience with Tyvek® products or processes is a significant advantage.Initiative-taker with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.Proven ability to build, convince, and inspire a team around projects or concepts.High level of commitment and an initiative-taking collaborator at all levels of the organization.A keen sense of responsibility and a continuous improvement in mindset.Capabilities Required for this Role:
Acquainted with ISO 9001:2015, GMP requirements, and Quality Management System best practices.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Continuous improvement mindset and a can-do attitude.Strong people skills and ability to interface with multiple internal organizations.Willingness to develop intimate knowledge of Tyvek® processes and quality systems, as well as customer and market processes, requirements, and end uses.Ability to lead technical projects and/or GMP implementation initiatives.Join our Talent Community to stay connected with us!
