As a Twilight Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our transition from day trade to night operations is seamless. You'll lead the twilight team, ensure replenishment readiness, and set the stage for success across the store—even when the spotlight is subtle.

Your Role IncludesLead twilight colleagues to deliver strong outcomes in stock control, customer service, and merchandisingEnsure replenishment plans and routines are completed efficiently during your shiftConduct effective handovers with Night Managers, ensuring operational continuityResolve issues quickly and professionally, maintaining legal compliance and colleague safetyCoach and engage twilight colleagues to build confidence, skills, and teamworkWhat We’re Looking ForExperience managing shift-based teams in retail, hospitality or logisticsStrong operational awareness—able to balance productivity with colleague engagementClear communicator with excellent planning and leadership skillsComfortable working through change and ensuring smooth transitions between shiftsMotivated by personal development and team successWhy It Matters
