Position Summary
1. Maximize sales and profits by setting up and managing marketing strategy best for the relevant market/customer based on the global/regional strategy.2. General responsible for setting up the best localized product strategy, and for the right-time delivery.
3. Provide the foundation for continued sales and profit creation by identifying new opportunities and connecting them with sales based on continuous communicate with the region and organization one is in charge of.
4. Secure product competitiveness by setting up differentiating strategy after analyzing the market, customers, competitors and technology.
5. Set up long-term strategic relations by continuously developing cooperative business model with clients.
Role and Responsibilities
1.Responsible for achieving sell-in target plan on monthly basis.
2.Managing disty operations/sales FCST by segment/stocks.
3.Setting disty sales plan-sell-in target by inch/segment.
4.Responsible for disty A/R , claims and back margins.
5.Coordination between IR/OR teams and disty to achieve sell-thru targets.
6.Reporting weekly consolidated PSI.
7.Handling factory supply operations for the assigned accounts.
8.Following on disty daily sell-thru by channel.
Skills and Qualifications
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.
Experience:
8-10 years of experience in Sales & Key Account Management.
Skills:
- Excellent Communication, and Negotiation Skills.
- Proficient MS Office.
- Fluent English Skills.
