About the role:  
 At Four Seasons Resort and Residences, The Turndown Attendant services guest rooms and fulfill housekeeping requests and is responsible for their overall comfort level. This role is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests according to four season standards. This role is part of the housekeeping team and reports to housekeeping supervisor directly.

What you will do: 

Provide exceptional turn down service to the guests according to four seasons standards.

Follow the assignments provided by the HK supervisor and report back on completion.

Cleaning, dusting, sanitizing and supplying (including amenities) all guest rooms (including bathrooms) assigned daily, according to procedures

Make a bed and vacuum the floors in a guestroom

Restock armoires of all supplies and equipment at the end of a shift.

The ability to remove, when necessary, room service dishes to the service area.

Maintain pars established in all guest rooms for linens, supplies and furniture.

The ability to notice and report any damage or repairs needed in assigned areas.

 
What you bring: 
One to two years’ previous experience in similar role.  Previous employment experience within a luxury Hotels is considered an asset  
Strong communication skills.

Schedule & Hours:
Successful candidates will be hired as a casual, part time employee. Successful candidates are expected to work evenings, holidays, and/or weekends.
