Key Responsibilities:
Analyze data, across multiple sources, using statistical methods to identify trends and actionable insights.Create detailed reports to share findings and recommendations with internal teams and stakeholders.Collaborate with leaders and managers to address data and reporting needs for various company projects.Develop statistical models to depict company-wide trends and support decision-making.Perform testing and validation of data sets to ensure accuracy and reliability.Document structures and types of business data for future reference and use.Collect, analyze, and interpret quality/manufacturing data to support Product, Process, and Advanced Quality teams.Connect master data management resources and data sets to ensure alignment with enterprise data management strategies, operational efficiency, and data integrity governance.Lead and support key initiatives requiring significant data transitions.Utilize, maintain, and create standard work documents to ensure consistency and process rigor.Coach, drive, and lead process improvements across engineering, supply chain, and Quality teamsLeverage best practices from other global sites and participate in business process alignment efforts across global locations.Travel up to 20% based on needQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 7 years of experience in supply chain management).Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management.Strong understanding of the data architecture of the Turbine Airfoils Part Family.Demonstrated strong statistical acumen and ability to apply statistical methods effectively.Preferred Skills:
Experience in quality and manufacturing data analysis.Self motivated and driven to continuously improve processesProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and initiatives.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.Familiarity with enterprise master data management strategies and tools.Knowledge of global business process alignment and best practices.This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
