Tube Laser Operator

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $22.00 / hour (depending on experience)

What you'll do as a Laser Operator:
This position is responsible for the daily setup, operation and on-time production of defect-free products on the laser machines. He/she will also assist other laser operators with any of their daily duties including area housekeeping, maintenance work and staging of material.
Responsibilities
Preparing and loading machine with raw material according to predetermined schedule.Setting up machine for processing raw material.Assuring machine is operating as required during processing.Checking processed parts for quality issues/tolerance issues.Machine maintenance and upkeep.Assisting/advising material handler when needed.
Work Experience
Read and write in EnglishHigh school educationHard working, fast moving, Self-driven to succeed attitude.Apparel Requirements, Steel toe boots, heavy jeans.
Preferred Skills
Overhead crane operating experienceAbility to read measuring devices (Tape measures/calipers)Familiar with hand tools, (Hand grinders, hammers, etc.)Mechanical experience
