We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of TTR Business Analysis

Principal responsibilities

The Role Holder will be responsible for performing leading business analysis and design activities within the project, working with controls, operations and IT, including:Lead a review of current state controls and remediation business processes.Reviewing regulatory reporting business requirements and regulatory documentation to define requirements for controls.Analysis of current controls to identify root cause issues and propose solutions.Testing of new controls / control changes.Develop and manage strong relationships with operations run-the-bank team leads and teams in UK, US, APAC and Bangalore.Interact with internal clients to facilitate effective process change and ensure expectations are effectively managed.

Excellent regulatory knowledge of trade and transaction reporting – MIFID, EMIR, CFTC and HKMAWorking as a business analyst in regulatory change or operations change to deliver controlsGood overall understanding of Primary Trading systems, trading products and front to back trade lifecycle flowsStrong understanding of various Middle Office functions, and business control processes.Demonstrated experience working with SMEs and key stakeholders to support understanding of the problem/dataExperience of designing/building controls and operational processes for Operations teams Excellent project documentation skills and good experience with project delivery and test governance process.Data Analysis using excel/other desktop tools essential.Structured and methodical in planning their own book of work, delivery of artefacts, managing multiple competing priorities and setting expectations with stakeholders.Drive and resilience as must be comfortable working in rapidly changing and ambiguous situations.Hands on ability to perform data analysis to drive business insights and decision making;Proactive and willing to use own initiative to resolve issues;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
