Job Description An employer is looking for a Splunk Administrator/Engineer to sit in Arlington, VA! This role involves managing multiple Splunk components, including Splunk Core, Enterprise Security (ES), User Behavior Analytics (UBA), and Security Automation and Orchestration (SOAR). The ideal candidate will be part of a two-person professional services team focused on deploying premium security applications, with additional support from Linux system engineers and administrators. Responsibilities include operations and maintenance of all Splunk components, building dashboards and alerts, and utilizing SPL for data analysis. Compensation: $65/hr to $72/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Skills and Requirements Active TSSCI and ability to sit and maintain CI Poly IAT Level II Cert Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of prior relevant experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Experience working on a Linux operating systems Experience with the deployment of Security Automation and Orchestration applications Splunk Enterprise Certified Architect.
