TSSA Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with BMC BladeLogic Server Automation (TSSA/BSA) Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Shell, PowerShell, BLPackage) Familiarity with patch management processes and compliance frameworks Experience with API development and integration (REST/SOAP, authentication, JSON/XML handling) Experience integrating TSSA with ITSM tools like ServiceNow Understanding of server OS platforms: Windows, RHEL, SUSE, Unix Knowledge of CyberArk and Saacon IAM for access provisioning Key Responsibilities Automation: Develop and maintain TSSA jobs to automate SRs such as AD pre-checks, Citrix service restarts, OS health checks, and patching workflows . Workflow Integration: Collaborate with ServiceNow (SNOW), Alcatraz, TOSCA, and other ATF tools to ensure seamless end-to-end automation. Use Case Development: Translate SOPs and customer-specific requirements into executable automation flows. Onboarding & Intake: Participate in onboarding new use cases by completing intake forms, reviewing requirements and efforts. API Integration: Design and consume RESTful and SOAP APIs for seamless integration between orchestration tools and external platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, CMDB, monitoring tools). Documentation & Support: Maintain technical documentation, troubleshoot automation issues, and support continuous improvement of orchestration frameworks.
