Insight Global is seeking a CUDA Software Developer with expertise in signal processing to join our high-caliber, dynamic team. This individual will support the advancement of signal/data processing techniques and new radar concepts within a laboratory environment. The role involves developing and implementing DSP, DBF, and I/Q processing algorithms using C++ or CUDA, and integrating them into a distributed simulation environment. You will analyze simulation gaps, provide radar I/Q data expertise, and communicate findings to leadership. The position requires technical coordination with internal and external organizations to support requirements definition, near real-time C++ implementations of ground-breaking DSP algorithms, and collaboration with teams implementing similar algorithms in MATLAB and System on a Chip (SoC) embedded solutions (RFSOC). The ideal candidate should have experience in developing physics-based models, designing ML models using CUDA, and processing large datasets with Python and C/C++. Strong collaboration skills and technical writing skills are essential in joining this cutting-edge research and development group.

Compensation:
$60hr to $80hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
