Principal Responsibilities

Support Trust Relationship Managers to service estates and relationship with beneficiaries whilst ensuring efficient and quality services are provided, with utmost adherence to risk control and compliance policiesSupport Trust Relationship Managers in meetings with beneficiariesAssist Trust Relationship Managers in the gathering of the assets of the estate, management of the estate, general administration and support functions in servicing of key client relationshipsFacilitate and coordinate with different function units, departments, service providers and professional advisors to follow up and complete administration according to the terms of the Will or clients' requests with respect to in specie distribution and tasks as requested by Trust Relationship ManagersEnsure proper compliance of policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements
