Description A well-established San Francisco law firm with more than 20 years of dedicated service in estate planning, trust administration, and probate law is seeking an experienced Trust & Estates Paralegal to join their close-knit and collaborative team. Key Responsibilities: + Prepare and draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives + Assist with trust funding and asset alignment + Support attorneys with trust administration and probate cases, including notice preparation, court filings, and calendaring deadlines + Maintain detailed and accurate case files and client records + Communicate with clients, financial institutions, and government agencies + Conduct legal research and assist in preparing estate and fiduciary accountings Requirements Qualifications: + 3+ years of experience as a paralegal in trust & estates law + Strong working knowledge of California probate procedures + Proficiency with legal document management and calendaring systems + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines with minimal supervision + Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate preferred The ideal candidate is proactive, compassionate, and eager to contribute to a team that values both client service and professional excellence.
