Description We are looking for an experienced Trust and Estate Of Counsel to join our team in San Ramon, California. In this role, you will provide expert guidance to high-net-worth clients, focusing on estate planning, trust administration, and business succession strategies. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional service and have a strong commitment to precision and integrity. Responsibilities: • Provide strategic advice on estate planning, trust administration, and succession planning for high-net-worth individuals. • Draft and analyze complex estate planning documents to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Facilitate entity formation and structure real estate transactions to meet client needs. • Collaborate closely with financial advisors, CPAs, and insurance professionals to deliver integrated solutions. • Adapt to and utilize firm systems and workflows efficiently. • Build and maintain strong client relationships, gradually taking on leadership roles within the firm. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning or tax law. • Proven expertise in business succession planning, entity structuring, and real estate matters. • Active bar admission and a Juris Doctor degree. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision. • Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in long-term firm ownership. • Proficiency in technology and adaptability to systematized workflows. • Commitment to serving high-net-worth clients with professionalism and integrity.
