\nWe are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in aligning our Talent Acquisition strategy with our business objectives, specifically within our fast-paced blue-collar logistics environment. You will work closely with operational leaders to attract the best talent across our operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
\n\nManaging the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes role alignment with managers, talent attraction, advertising, screening, compliance checks, and the recruitment of core warehouse and transport roles.\nDaily updates to the recruitment management system.\nCoordinating recruitment requirements, including interviews nationally.\nBuilding and developing talent pipelines for critical roles across the operations.\nDeveloping an understanding of operational requirements to identify candidate pipelines.\nDeveloping and executing a range of sourcing strategies, including local and regional sourcing campaigns and assessment centres, to drive the talent pipeline.\nDHL Supply Chain is a Great Place to Work
