The **Truck to Truck General Manager** is responsible for overseeing the operations of the truck-to-truck hubs while maintaining regulatory compliance within the hubs. Maximize weight achievement for all van loads shipped, proper and low cost routing for van lane shipments, utilization of low-cost vendors and price negotiation. + Monitors and ensures that all key deadlines are met and proper follow up is implemented to ensure proper drum transfer compliance requirements: ten-day compliance periods. + Management of outside transportation expenses, materials and supplies and direct intercompany labor. + Oversight of hub compliance through win web systems.
