Truck Shop Clerk The Truck Shop Clerk will assist the Fleet Maintenance Superintendent administratively on tasks related to the company’s fleet Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Parts ordering and inventory management Order parts for vehicles upon request and inventory levelsReceiving and verifying incoming partsMaintaining accurate parts inventory records using SAP management systemIssuing parts to mechanics as neededManaging stock parts and identifying potential shortagesWork order processingCreating work orders from users daily inspection reports and mechanics findingsEntering vehicle details and repair information into SAPAssigning work orders to appropriate technician/ daily user reportsTracking the status of repairs and ensuring timely completionPreventive maintenance scheduling Scheduling routine maintenance services for vehicles based on mileage or hour intervalsGenerate reminders for upcoming maintenance tasksCoordinating with mechanics to ensure timely completion of preventive maintenanceData entry and reporting Entering vehicle and repair details, costs, and parts used into SAPGenerating reports on fleet maintenance costs, vehicle performance and repair trendsMaintaining accurate vehicle history recordsVendor management Communicating with parts suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and competitive pricingProcessing invoices from vendors, rental, service, and partsAdministrative tasksAnswer phone calls and emails regarding Fleet MaintenanceFilling maintenance documents and reportsMaintaining compliance with company policies and processes, and safety regulationsDaily Kronos & attendance report EOE/VETS/DISABILITY
