**Truck Driver CDL B- /Warehouse Driver**
**Pay Range is $25.00**
**Shift: Monday –Friday 7:00 am - till end of shift**
**4-5 Days, OTR In Sterling, Reston and Ashburn (Based on the Business Needs)**

**A Mobile Shred Operator is the public face of** **Asset Lifecycle Management** **, a business of Iron Mountain** **, trusted to transport and handle client materials and engage with clients and co-workers in a friendly and professional manner. This important team member drives a company Mobile Shred Vehicle, transporting materials from client and Iron Mountain locations.**
**A Mobile Shred Operator loads and unloads with a variety of mechanisms, uses wireless scanning technology, prepares paperwork and performs daily maintenance on the Mobile Shred Vehicle to ensure its efficient operation. This position calls for a significant degree of strength and stamina. We pay by the hour, not the mile.**

**Responsibilities:**
**Driving Responsibilities**
+ **Safely operate commercial vehicles, including DOT and B trucks, for local and regional pickups**
+ **Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles**
+ **Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies.**
+ **Assist with loading and unloading freight as needed, utilizing appropriate equipment.**
**Warehouse Responsibilities**
+ **Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse, ensuring efficient space utilization.**
+ **Prepare gaylords for shipment, including picking, packing, and labeling.**
+ **Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.**
+ **Maintain a clean and organized work environment.**
+ **Assist department’s requesting assistance**
+ **Perform other work as assigned.**
+ **Computer knowledge**
+ **Lift up to 50-65 pounds**
**Qualifications**
+ **Minimum age 21 with a valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License and good driving record**
+ **At least one year of route transportation experience preferred**
+ **Pass pre-employment substance abuse screening, background check, and DOT physical**
+ **Demonstrate safe, efficient driving skills and maintain all security procedures**
+ **Exhibit strong customer service and verbal communication**
+ **Carry recycling bins over, up, and down inclines, stairs, ladders**
+ **Lift at least 70 pounds; push/pull bins 25 to 350 pounds, average weight 170 pounds**
+ **Walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time**
