**TriZetto Incubator Product Manager (remote)** **This is a remote position open to any qualified applicant in the United States.** **Summary** The Product Manager is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for providing expert guidance and support in **solution ideation, conceptualization, and value proposition development** throughout the incubator program. This role focuses on enabling teams to **develop innovative solutions that address validated market needs and align with organizational goals** . The Product Manager ensures that project teams have the necessary expertise and resources to design, test, and refine their solution concepts. This role also requires **strong collaboration and communication skills** to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** ● **Solution Ideation and Conceptualization:** ○ Lead workshops and training sessions on brainstorming techniques, design thinking, and creative problem-solving. ○ Guide project teams in defining key features and functionalities for their proposed solutions. ○ Provide expertise in addressing potential challenges and limitations of solutions. ○ Facilitate workshops to develop clear and compelling solution concepts. ● **Value Proposition Testing:** ○ Train project teams on creating and testing hypotheses about their solution's value proposition. ○ Advise teams in designing experiments and feedback mechanisms to gather customer insights. ○ Support teams in identifying key metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of their value propositions. ○ Guide teams in analyzing feedback and iterating their solution concepts. ● **Opportunity Validation and Assessment:** ○ Assist project teams in assessing the market fit and potential for adoption of their solutions. ○ Guide evaluating alignment with organizational goals, including financial viability. ○ Support teams in compiling opportunity validation reports and preliminary business cases. ● **Curriculum Development:** ○ Contribute to the development of curriculum content related to solution ideation, value proposition testing, and opportunity assessment. ○ Provide input on templates and frameworks for project teams to use in the program stages. ○ Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in solution development. ● **Collaboration and Communication** ○ Work closely with other Incubator staff members to ensure alignment with program goals. ○ Facilitate communication and collaboration among participants, mentors, guest speakers, and other stakeholders. **Qualifications** ● **Bachelor’s degree** in product management, business administration, or a related field preferred. ● **Proven experience** in product development, solution design, or innovation management, preferably in the healthcare industry or a related technology field. ● Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into innovative solutions. ● Strong understanding of design thinking principles and methodologies. ● Experience in developing and testing value propositions. ● Proficiency in using product development tools and techniques. ● Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills. ● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively. ● Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. **Preferred Qualifications** ● Experience working with startups or innovation programs. ● Certification in product management or design thinking. ● Knowledge of financial modeling and business case development. ● Experience with user experience (UX) design. **Salary and Other Compensation:** Applications will be accepted until July 7, 2025. The annual salary for this position is between $125,000 - $140,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
