FirstChoice of Indiana/Illinois is utilized to fill immediate, short-term nursing positions to support the needs of SJHS. This program allows us to have our own nurses fill gaps in staffing. FirstChoice nurses will not replace or take away hours from our internal Nursing Resource Pools. Adding an in-house team of regional nurse travelers who align with our Mission and Core Values, and who are highly knowledgeable about our care practices, processes and standards, further supports and upholds our commitment to exceptional care and a strong nursing team culture. First Choice is currently hiring experienced nurses in all specialities to help fill short term and long term assignments at our St. Joseph Regional Medical Center - Mishawaka, St. Joseph Medical Center - Plymouth, and/or our Loyola and Mercy hospitals in Illinois.

What you'll need to qualify:
Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) licenseCurrent BLS; ACLS for critical care.Two years of current experience in desired practice area.Willingness to float throughout the hospital and/or throughout multiple hospital locations.EPIC experience preferred.Cannot hold a concurrent position at a Trinity Health facility.Ability to complete the orientation and training. Pay Range: $52.00 - $70. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
