Trim Engineer

What will your responsibilities be?

Operation and control of one or more development projects from concept to production readiness as well as the support of team members in these projectsPattern development for initial prototype from the LECTRA software outputImprovement of the patterns based on the quality and production plan feedbackResponsible for the organization of the work area of the project team storage, tools and machine requirements, tidiness, material ordersResponsible for the generation, release and update of the product specific documentation like patterns, drawings, BOM’s (Bill of Materials), samples, etcSupport of the Cut & Sew and JIT plant(s) in the production launch phase

Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

Secondary school with school-leaving examinationMinimum of 5 years of experience in construction methods in the area of trim developmentExperience in production planning, coordinating of working tasks is an advantageEnglish language on communicative levelWillingness to travel
