Trilingual Customer Service Representative - BCare Canada (English - French - Spanish)

The BCare Associate will manage Tier 1 cases entering via phone calls and offline cases entering by email. The Associate is responsible for listening to the customers concerns and providing first case resolution or escalating the concern to a Tier 2 agent for further resolution of the customers concern. 

What you’ll do:

Update credit files with high quality standards, applying documented rules and procedures.Provide support and education regarding credit information, file interpretations and products.Answer and solve problems and requests based on the consumer scenario, doing an analysis of the details provided, to offer optimal solutions.Ensure compliance with company’s procedures and policies.Work in a team environment and customer-centric culture.

What experience you need 

Trilingual English-Spanish-French B2+ level, Spoken and written.High School Diploma.

What could set you apart

SME, T3 or SRM experience is a plus.Previous Customer Service experience.Excellent communication Skills.Team work Skills.
