Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of payment systems for clinical trial patients.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine the most effective payment strategies.Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards strictly.Monitor and analyze payment data to identify trends and improve processes.Provide outstanding support and troubleshooting for payment-related inquiries.

Qualifications

Proven experience in an Information Technology role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and patient payment systems.Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to successfully implement new technologies and systems.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience.
