Description We are looking for an experienced Trial Attorney to join our personal injury law firm in Houston, Texas. This role offers the opportunity to represent clients in plaintiff-side litigation while contributing to a collaborative and results-driven legal team. Responsibilities: • Represent clients in personal injury cases, handling trials, litigation, and all related legal proceedings with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes. • Conduct depositions, mediations, motions, and trials, ensuring thorough preparation and high-quality representation. • Collaborate closely with pre-litigation teams and referral attorneys to ensure seamless case transitions and readiness for litigation. • Independently manage litigation cases, meeting filing deadlines and maintaining accuracy in all legal documentation. • Investigate cases thoroughly, develop strategic approaches, and maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the legal process. • Craft innovative legal strategies to address complex issues and secure successful verdicts or settlements. Requirements • At least 5 years of experience in civil litigation, particularly in personal injury cases. • Active Texas license to practice law, with a strong understanding of plaintiff-side litigation. • Proficiency in drafting motions, conducting briefings, and managing discovery processes. • Demonstrated expertise in handling trials and achieving favorable outcomes. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop strategic legal approaches. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and legal teams.
