Job Summary
Our team is seeking a 40-hour Full-time, 100% remote Registered Nurse to help support an Adult Primary Care Office in Westwood Monday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm or 8:30am-5:30pm.This is an exciting opportunity to perform ambulatory phone triage and help our patient population while working from home.
Reporting to the Mass General Brigham Community Physicians Medical Director, primary responsibility of the Registered Nurse will be working with another remote RN to perform phone triage for complex urgent calls for our Internal Medicine Practice. The RN will be responsible and accountable for planning and providing patient care for assigned patients in accordance with Nursing Standards of Care and organizational policies. The RN will collaborate and work closely with physicians, associate providers, clinical and administrative staff to enhance the delivery of patient care services along the continuum of care.
Qualifications
Education Associate's Degree Nursing required and Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No Licenses and Credentials Registered Nurse [RN - State License] - Generic - HR Only required Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] - Data Conversion - Various Issuers preferred Experience Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required and Ambulatory care or outpatient experience 1-2 years preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Proficient knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment. - Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and professional development. - Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and healthcare technologies.
