Overview Bright Now! Dental is looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Treatment Care Coordinator to join our team in Cave Creek, AZ. If you're passionate about helping patients achieve their best smile while supporting a dynamic dental team, we want to hear from you! Schedule (days/hours) M-F 8am to 5pm Responsibilities Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable and cared for Clearly explain treatment plans and financial options to patients Schedule appointments and coordinate treatment follow-ups Work with dental providers to ensure efficient patient flow Verify insurance coverage and process pre-authorizations as needed Maintain accurate patient records and follow-up documentation Qualifications Prior experience in a dental office.
