Treatment Coordinator
Overview Bright Now! Dental is looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Treatment Care Coordinator to join our team in Cave Creek, AZ. If you're passionate about helping patients achieve their best smile while supporting a dynamic dental team, we want to hear from you! Schedule (days/hours) M-F 8am to 5pm Responsibilities Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable and cared for Clearly explain treatment plans and financial options to patients Schedule appointments and coordinate treatment follow-ups Work with dental providers to ensure efficient patient flow Verify insurance coverage and process pre-authorizations as needed Maintain accurate patient records and follow-up documentation Qualifications Prior experience in a dental office. Strong communication and customer service skills Knowledge of dental insurance and billing is a plus Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Bilingual a plus (but not required) Compensation $20-$23 an hour About Us Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off (“PTO”), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
