Dental in Eastvale, CA is looking for a Treatment Coordinator who is passionate about helping patients understand their treatment options and committed to delivering exceptional care. Schedule (days/hours) Mon 9-6 pm; Tue 10-7pm; Wed 9-6 pm; Thu 9-6pm; Fri 9-6 pm; Sat 8-4 pm Responsibilities Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and warmth Educate patients on their treatment plans and answer questions clearly and compassionately Review financial options and assist with insurance verification and payment arrangements Collaborate closely with doctors, hygienists, and front office staff to ensure a smooth patient experience Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate scheduling to maximize efficiency Qualifications At least one year of related experience Knowledge of dental terminology Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service Compensation $20-$22 / HR About Us Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off (“PTO”), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
